How do I book a session with Prionex Studio?
You can request a booking through our website or by contacting our team. We confirm availability, send a proposal, and secure your date after a deposit is paid. Turnaround details and scope are clearly stated before payment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before your session. Cancellations follow our policy: full refund within 48 hours of payment, 50% after pre-production starts, and non-refundable 48 hours before the shoot, as resources are allocated.
How long does editing and retouching take?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for photo sets up to 50 images. For larger sets or video edits, we estimate timelines individually. Rush delivery is available with a surcharge and depends on current workload.
Do you deliver RAW files?
By default, we deliver carefully edited JPEGs and videos. RAW files can be licensed upon request for an additional fee, as they represent unfinished work and require context for proper processing.
What usage rights come with my images and videos?
Our standard license covers web and social media for the client’s brand worldwide in perpetuity. For print, paid ads, or third-party use, extended licensing is available. We will help choose the right license for your distribution.
How are deliverables sent and stored?
We deliver via secure cloud links. Your files remain accessible for at least 90 days. We recommend downloading and backing up deliverables. Long-term archiving can be arranged as an add-on service.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. We operate across Canada and internationally. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately. We coordinate logistics and permits to ensure a smooth production.
What is your payment process?
We require a deposit to reserve your date, with the balance due upon delivery. Invoices include itemized services and taxes. We accept major cards and wire transfers.
Can you accommodate brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Share your brand book, color palette, and references. We align lighting, composition, and post-processing with your identity, and provide test frames for approval when required.
